CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to respect the time of all clients and service providers, the following policy applies: 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours Notice) Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Future Bookings Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be required to prepay in full when booking future appointments. We value your time and ask that you value ours as well.
